In 2012, on top of other various resolutions (which you can read about here), I am going to be doing a monthly health challenge.
January: 21 day challenge
February: No Alcohol
March: Eat a green vegetable every day
April: No carbs at dinner time
May: Mini Workout Monday - Friday
June: Walk to town and back once a week
July: Jog 5 miles a week on the treadmill
September: Eating Well 28 Day Meal Plan
October: No Halloween Candy
December: One minute of cardio for every dollar spent on Christmas presents.
Now, you’ll notice that I don’t have anything down for August or November yet… this is because I ran out of ideas. So, if you have any suggestions, I would really appreciate them. I don’t want to repeat any of them… although it might not be a bad idea just so I stay in these good habits!
