So I did a bit of a post about what is happening with my weight loss (or lack thereof), so I feel like I should do a little bit of a follow up of the things I am hoping to accomplish in the next 6-12 months with my fitness level.
I already mentioned that two of my new years resolutions involve my weight loss and fitness level: To lose 30 pounds, and be able to RUN a 5k.
Another one is to be able to do REAL push-ups. Not the wimpy girly kind. But real MAN ones. 25 of them. IN A ROW.
And pull ups. I have NEVER been able to do pull ups. Not even one. I'd like to be able to do maybe... 3? (I wouldn't want to get TOO ambitious).
Anyways, those are the additions to my fitness resolutions. Wish me luck!
