New Plan

I don't have a ton of updates from the past week.
I gained a little weight back. I cheated on my diet. So it goes.

BUT, for the next few weeks I am hoping to start seeing some real changes. I will be getting my new shipment of my ViSalus shakes so I can have them twice a day instead of just once. And I also am starting a personal training plan.
Julie over at Peanut Butter Fingers mentioned the other day that she is doing a boot camp thing through Best Body Fitness. I decided to go check it out and saw that this lady, Tina Reale, does customized programs. So I decided that a 4 week personal training thing would be perfect for me. 

She emails you a questionnaire to find out what your goals are, your current fitness level, your resources, how often you can workout, etc. She then takes that info and sets you up with specific workouts. The workouts even have links for demonstrations for different strength training exercises.

Anyways, I did my first workout tonight and I think it is something that I will be able to do. I don't have to go to the gym every day, and there is some flexibility with what days you do it, what cardio you do, etc. 

Anyways, it was $40 for 4 weeks of training. That's a pretty damn good deal if you can hold yourself accountable to do it.

Anyways, that's where I stand right now. Very excited about this new program.

That's awesome! I love when a workout program actually works for you. I've never had a personal training, but I bet it would be awesome. Good luck with everything!!!
